Hanging Hammock Meditation

Come as You are, climb into a silk cocoon, and sink into this special experience.
Warm up and unwind with the help of the hammock as we begin with an easy flow. Slide inside and let Yourself be suspended while we enjoy a body scan and focused breathing. Feel the support of the silk as You let the body deeply rest. Let the contours of cocoon hold you without the aches & pains that gravity or a firm floor can trigger.
Truly enjoy the sensation of being held by the hammock while leaving the ground below. Then expand the experience with meditation.
Renew the relationship You keep with Yourself in this lifted environment while reaching a sense of relaxation like You may have never felt before.

(Soundscaping with singing bowls, tuning forks, or drums may be included)

No experience necessary. Please wear loose fitting and comfortable clothing with no hard plastic or metal components.

Looking to expand upon that current hammock experience? Enjoy a group warm up before venturing into your own supported skill exploration. Whether that’s gaining height, creating new shapes or experimenting with a spinner, we’re ready to help you fly.

Dreamcatcher creation & Meditation
KC Yoga Kula

Unwind for an afternoon with this dedicated mindfulness practice.
We’ll begin with a short history of the dreamcatcher while selecting supplies. A variety of cord, thread, frames, sticks, beads, crystals & gems are provided. Individuals are encouraged to bring their own special objects and ornaments to include.
Setting an intent of protection and exploration, we’ll begin to weave the web. Building this creative energy through a guided meditation, group silence, and finishing with an experiential share.

Learn to craft a dreamcatcher while connecting to the true You.

No experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothing. Chairs and tables will be available along with floor seating and standing options.
